Classic Silks Gin and Tonic

Ingredients

50ml Silks Irish Dry Gin
150ml tonic water
Ice
Slice of apple and a sage leaf, to garnish

Instructions

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the apple slice and pour over 50ml Silks Irish Dry Gin. Top up with 150ml good quality tonic water. Stir and Serve – the true taste of Summer!
