Beekeeper’s Garden

Ingredients

3/4 oz. The Whistler Irish Honey Whiskey
3/4 oz. gin
1/2 oz. Amaro
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/4 oz. simple syrup
1 dash orange bitters
2 rosemary sprigs
Top with club soda

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a shaker, add a sprig of fresh rosemary, shake with ice. Fine strain into a Collins glass and top off with club soda to taste. Garnish with a slice of lemon and rosemary (fire it up for drama, or smoke the glass with it before building the cocktail for added flavor).
