Silks Apple Bee
Ingredients
50ml Silks Irish Dry Gin
25ml lemon juice
25ml apple juice
25ml honey syrup
Red Apple slice and mint sprig to garnish
Method
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Silks Gin, lemon juice, apple juice and honey syrup. Shake to combine and strain into a glass.
Garnish with an apple slice and mint.
Silks Gin Spritz
Ingredients
25ml Silks Irish Dry Gin
25ml Apple Cider
35ml Aperol
5ml Lemon Juice
Soda Water
Orange slice to garnish
Method
Fill a glass with Ice. Pour in Silks Gin, apple cider, Aperol and Lemon Juice.
Top up with Soda Water
Garnish with an Orange slice.
Silks Elderflower Gin Fizz
Ingredients
50ml Silks Irish Dry Gin
25ml elderflower liqueur
25ml lemon juice
Prosecco, to top up
Lemon peel twists, to garnish
Method
Pour gin, elderflower and lemon juice in a shaker and combine.
Pour into champagne flutes and top with chilled prosecco.
Garnish with lemon swirls and serve immediately.
Silks Classic Gin and Tonic
Ingredients
50ml Silks Irish Dry Gin
150ml tonic water
Ice
Slice of apple and a sage leaf, to garnish
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add the apple slice and pour over 50ml Silks Irish Dry Gin.
Top up with 150ml good quality tonic water.
Stir and Serve – the true taste of Summer!
