Yeah, Dick Mack’s is one of the best whiskey bars in the country! Mainly Irish whiskeys, especially with Dingle Distillery in the town.

Greenspot in Dick Mack’s in Dingle.
How do you drink your whiskey?
Neat.
What is your favourite part of the whiskey making process?
Cask Filling – It’s what I’m doing right now.
What is your least favourite part of the whiskey making process?
Don’t have one.
What is your favourite cask type to work with?
Sherry hogsheads. I like sherry but they’re solid casks to work with too.
Who in the distillery is the fastest at unloading a truck full of barrels?
Ludo Delamare.
If you had full control over the distillery, what would you make?
Vintage Mashbills.
Which do you prefer making? Whiskey or gin?
Whiskey!
What distillery do you want to visit when things open up again?
Pearse Lyons. It looks very cool in the Church!
