The Whistler Belfast Whiskey Week Single Cask is a hand selected 125 litre peated quarter cask that has been bottled at cask strength to lock in all of it’s delicious smoky flavours.
Bottled at 59.69% ABV this whiskey is the first ever single cask to be launched in the Whistler range.
The whiskey itself is a blended malt whiskey from three different distilleries across Ireland. These whiskeys were originally matured in ex-bourbon casks before being blended and recasked into the peated quarter casks for a finishing period of no less than 10 months.

Tasting Notes
NOSE
Sweet spiced caramel and almond paste bring up the fore, which dance playfully on the nose before being followed slowly by delicate peat smoke, wood spice and tart black currants.
PALATE
Taking a moment in the glass, to open up, a balanced sweetness emerges. This pairs beautifully with the delicate peat and complex maltiness on the palate.
FINISH
Light smoke and lingering sweet maltiness remain.
